The project is located in Plots No. 370 and 384 in Houta Bani Tamim City, Al-Safwa District, and certain government buildings in Al-Saih City, Al-Kharj Governorate. It aims to implement a comprehensive wastewater infrastructure in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. The scope of work includes the construction of main sewer lines and networks with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 500 mm, covering approximately 48,200 linear meters, thrust boring works of approximately 565 linear meters, and the construction of 545 manholes. The project also involves the supply and installation of 110 PVC-U clean-outs, and the connection of new networks to existing ones, including the relocation and transfer of utilities. Additionally, the works include the construction of a 400 mm HDPE force main line with an approximate length of 1,700 linear meters, and the establishment of a fully integrated pumping station, encompassing civil, mechanical, and electrical works, as well as earthworks and surface restoration. This project will significantly enhance wastewater service efficiency and support sustainable urban development in the region.
