The project involves the construction of 616 residential units distributed across 28 six-story buildings, and is implemented in collaboration with the National Housing Company under the developmental housing programs aimed at providing adequate and sustainable homes for eligible families. The project focuses on practical residential unit designs that meet modern living requirements while adhering to the highest quality standards. The construction employs a metal formwork system, which offers fast execution, precise construction, reduced material wastage, enhanced structural safety, and increased building sustainability. This project reflects our commitment, alongside the National Housing Company, to applying best engineering practices to achieve integrated and sustainable urban development.
